July 5, 2026: Take Them and Learn to Run - Romans 8 3.0

Pastor Nicole continued our Take Them and Learn to Run series by looking at Romans 8:24–27 and how God equips us to navigate the “already/not yet” tension of the Kingdom. Paul reminds us that we are saved into a confident future hope—one we don’t fully see yet—which becomes our compass as we run the race with endurance rather than desperation. And in the places where waiting feels heavy or we don’t even know how to pray, the Holy Spirit comes alongside us, taking hold of the burden with us and interceding on our behalf in perfect alignment with the Father’s will. Just like an elite coach who knows how to bring an athlete to their full potential, the Spirit strengthens, guides, and restores us so we can stay on the trail with Christ and finish our race well.
