Mending Coaching + Pastoral Care
The mending coaching & pastoral care ministry at VCC is focused on helping people unlock their God-enabled strengths and build skills that replace ineffective or unhealthy coping mechanisms. We are passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples discover the keys to accomplishing goals, being kind to themselves, and thriving. Mending coaches know that there can be a stigma around the phrase mental health. We believe there is nothing more effective in a person’s life than right-thinking.
The purpose of a Called to Freedom session is to get to the root of the things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and possibly with some of your relationships. With those connections healed, you can walk in the destiny to which you have been called. A session may last 1½-2 hours and is conducted by two team members. The team will sit down with you and, with the help of the Holy Spirit, guide you through the process of freedom and wholeness.
