Pastor Nicole’s message continued her “Take Them and Learn to Run” series by grounding us in the faithfulness of God. In Romans 8:29–30 Paul reminds us that in every part of our race—especially in suffering—God is faithfully at work. He foreknew us, predestined us to become like Jesus, called us, justified us, and has already secured our future glory. The goal isn’t just finishing the race but finishing looking more and more like Christ. We run from our identity, not for it; every mile has purpose; and our confidence rests not in our grip on God, but in His unwavering hold on us.
