March 16, 2025: Take Them and Learn to Run 10.0

Sunday, Pastor Nicole continued on with her series that asks the question, "How can I run the race well, so that I finish the race well?"

Sharing from Galatians 6:6-16 she talked about running the race as a church community in three areas.

Honoring those we learn from. -Not holding unforgiveness or offense against teachers we have learned from but walking in restoration and forgiveness.

Sow and reap a harvest in God's season. -We sow with perseverance, patience, and trust, and God uses the wait to transform us, and pull up the weeds of our soul.

Keep in check our motives for ministry. -Self-promotion/protection/inconsistency vs. Humility, God's grace, and standing for the truth of the gospel.

These things can affect our race by: giving the enemy access through unforgiveness, losing heart and giving up before we reap a harvest, hurting others and ourselves as we serve from wrong motives slows us down.

We are REDEEMED! That is the entrance fee to the race that Jesus paid! But how we show up and run the race is up to us. Thank God, we are not left on our own in this situation. The Word of God is FULL of wisdom and direction for this! This is what we have been studying through this series.
